LES TROIS-ILETS.   Owner Guy Brére-Dawson warmly welcomes all to this romantic bistro-style hideaway located a few minutes drive from Martinique's Pointe du Bout. If you're lucky, you'll be able to land one of the tables in the enchanting courtyard garden; however, tables that afford good lines-of-sight to the gazebo stage are rewarded with Mssr. Brére-Dawson captivating island folk music. Menu favorites include grilled red snapper, Caribbean salmon with foie gras, boudin Creole, and goat cheese in puff pastry.
