LES TROIS-ILETS.   For a touch of Italy in the Caribbean, those in the know head to this Village Créole gem, where plentiful pasta dishes with fresh fruits des mer, dazzling lasagna, and stunning gnocchi al Gorgonzola have garnered an impressive number of laurels. Homemade desserts bear a bit of a Mediterranean flair and, somehow, rich, aromatic Italian coffee seems to taste a better here.
