LAHAINA.   Set on the beach, this busy Maui bar boasts ocean views and a festive environment. Hula Grill is a Kaanapali Beach restaurant accented with nostalgic hula figurines, koa-wood canoes, and other mementoes. Fresh fish prepared a number of different ways is the specialty; look for the firecracker mahi mahi and the baked snapper dressed with black beans and avocado.
