PAIA.   Jacques Bistro is a great place to catch the Maui nightlife on the North Shore. Frequented by surfers and tourists on their way back from Hana, this Paia bar is a great place to grab a bite to eat and hear some great music. Sushi, fresh seafood and spicy curries are popular menu items, and the drinks are always refreshing.
