NOT ANYTHING LIKE CHICAGO PIZZA
I am a born and raised Chicagoan and I currently live in the suburbs. We're known for deep dish (or "pan style") pizza but Chicago's thin pizzas are world class too. BJ's resembles neither. BJ's product is tasty but do not be fooled; IT IS NOT CHICAGO PIZZA. Not even close. For Chicago style, deep dish pizza look up "Lou Malnati's." Dial 1-800- LOU- TO GO and they will deliver a pizza to wherever you are. BJ'S should not call this "Chicago" style pizza. We found excellent pizza on Kauai at Brick Oven Pizza in Kalaheo.
