9. Saeng's Thai Cuisine

WAILUKU.   Fresh island vegetables help make this one of the best Thai places around, and the cast of locals that frequents it proves the point. It doesn't hurt that a garden surrounds the restaurant or that the dining room comes complete with a waterfall. Most of the entrees on the lengthy menu can be customized to the degree of spiciness you'd like, and it's not hard to find something that'll tempt you.
