WAILEA.   Grand Wailea pulled out all the stops for this stunning restaurant. The structure was built expressly in Japan of native materials and shipped to Hawaii for reassembly. It was then surrounded by gardens featuring tons of stone pulled from Mount Fuji. The result? An experience grounded in authenticity. The cuisine follows suit admirably.
