WAILEA.
This beautiful restaurant greets guests with a huge aquarium, a curved granite bar, and a glass wine cellar that shines like a jewel. Seating is available at comfortable booths inside or amid fragrant blossoms on the outside terrace. The cuisine places a premium on fresh seafood and couples it with island herbs and vegetables. Creative preparation renders the entire meal unforgettable. Service, too, fits perfectly into the scheme, and the attentive staff answers every request. Whether you choose a full dinner in the restaurant or opt to have drinks and appetizers at the bar, you'll find yourself surrounded by a host of creature comforts and one of Maui's finest culinary experiences.

The service is excellent! I have never been to another restaurant like it. The food is wonderful, especially the seared ahi. They also serve my favorite dessert; they light Grand Marnier and 151 rum on fire and pour it over fresh strawberries, and then you dip the strawberries in fresh cream, brown sugar, and chocolate sauce! It's delicious. It is one of my favorite all time restaurants!
