RINCON.   The dining room at this unique and exclusive resort serves exceptional French and Continental cuisine, with a hint of island influence. The menu changes each day and your excellently trained server will provide drinking and dining recommendations. The smoked salmon and potato salad makes a wonderful appetizer or a light entrĂ©e. Fresh grilled tuna, roasted duck with black cherries and lamb tenderloin with tarragon sauce are particular standouts.
