RINCON. This little gem is only open on weekends but it is worth a special trip to sample the authentic sangria and paella – the specialties of the house. If paella is too heavy opt for a meal of tapas consisting of squid, snails or sausages. The quaint and cozy dining room is enjoyable but for a truly memorable experience dine on the terrace which is bordered by a garden on one side and the ocean on the other.
