5. Mazatlan Arts and Crafts Center

This wonderful collection of arts and crafts boutiques is located just off of Calle Gaviotas and Loaiza, and no shopper will be able to resist as least one purchase as a piece of Mazatlán memorabilia. Some shops put local artisans on display so you can watch them weave their magic, and the area also offers a folkloric ballet show on some days.   (© 10Best)
