3. Der Raum

Widely regarded as the single best cocktail bar in Melbourne, Der Raum will amaze you not only with the scope of their drinks list but their exacting methodology. They use only freshly pressed juices, which means their cocktail menu is seasonal (no appletinis in the dead of winter or the heat of summer!), but the selection of cocktails that IS available at any given time is always astounding, and the creative and talented bartenders are always devising new concoctions. Be aware that there are a few "blacklisted" ingredients that they just won't use, such as cream, Red Bull, and Southern Comfort. Of course that shouldn't deter you – in fact, most folks consider it a big bonus!   (© 10Best)
