Located in the central business district, Melbourne Central is a large shopping complex that houses over 300 stores as well as a number of dining options that include everything from bakeries to cafes. Popular retail outlets include Armani Exchange, Billabong, Crabtree & Evelyn and Pilgrim. The shopping area is ideally located above the city's central train station.
