The Buzz -- More and more people across the country are recognizing "Juneteenth", a celebration of the June 19th, 1865 announcement that all former slaves had been freed. Through live entertainment, food, games, rides, and more, the festival seeks to promote and cultivate appreciation of African American history and culture. Admission to the park is free.
