I been in Memphis for 8 years and I been told that this place is a must visit. I went with a group of friends on a South Main Gallery Tour night. They had a very poor and basic beer selection, plus their burgers that they are suppose to be famous for is just a basic frozen patty cooked in a nasty griddle and served on plain white toast. It cost extra if you want a slice of Kraft cheese slapped on the burger. Don;t worry you get to see the bartender putting it together at the back of the bar.
Nothing special here. A true waste of time and money. That plain burger will cost Seven Bucks. My friends and i were just disappointed. We even stayed an hour cause we felt sorry for the bartender. We were the only people in there.
AVOID THIS PLACE. If you go, don;t say you were not warn.

This hole in the wall bar is one of the best places in Memphis. You have to try the "Soul Burger," there is not a better burger anywhere! Be careful if you go upstairs - great place to possibly see a ghost. If you can't make it upstairs just hit the jukebox, the best around!
