I wish they had some ribs for us to try but the chopped pork sandwich seemed to be in demand on this Saturday afternoon. I could not smell any smoke when I walked up to the place so I was a little worried. The chopped pork sandwich, lovely assembled by Momma, had moderately moist pork, salt and black pepper type of crust, but the piece de resistance was the vinegary slaw on top coupled with their midl/hot sauce blend that was sweet/hot and tangy all at once. The sandwich with all the parts was a symphony in the mouth, on their own they would not turn you on. Just watching the different people that came through the door was entertainment alone.

Best ribs, I have ever put in my mouth!
