I know I will have an elegant evening when I begin (or end) it at Paulette's.

Paulette's is always a winner. We know that we will have the ambiance of wonderful live piano music, fabulous food, and an attentive (but not overly attentive) waiter. Be sure to try the Jamaica Crepe Almondine. It's the best dessert around.
