DOWNTOWN.   Right next door to Sun Studio is their gift shop, housed in a former cafe. Inside, you'll find an assortment of T shirts, caps, CDs, books, and souvenirs to commemorate your visit. A great place to find mementos of the greats, like B.B. King, Howlin' Wolf, Roy Orbison, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Johnny Cash.   (© 10Best)

Sun Studio is known as the Birthplace of Rock 'n' Roll. It was here that Sam Phillips discovered Elvis Presley, as well as recorded the likes of B.B. King, Howlin' Wolf, Johnny Cash, and Jerry Lee Lewis. (from Southern Living)

A "rockin" good time! Take the tour and see where Elvis and others made their start in music. Great memorabilia everywhere and the tour hosts know their music and put on a great, entertaining show themselves!

A must-see place for anyone interested in the beginnings of rock 'n roll. Graceland is great, but what Elvis started at this little hole-in-the-wall studio made Graceland possible. Early rock history surrounds you the second you walk in the door.
