HOBART.   Lake County's Deep River Park offers a good mix of education and fun. History and architecture buffs enjoy visiting the historic water mill, which dates from the 19th century. Meanwhile, families can plan all-day outings, thanks to picnic shelters, barbecue facilities, canoeing and fishing opportunities, playgrounds, and even sand volleyball courts.
