8. Star Plaza Theater

MERRILLVILLE.   One of the area's primary performing arts venues, the contemporary Star Plaza Theatre offers a first-rate entertainment experience, thanks to excellent sight-lines from each of its 3400 seats and state-of-the-art light and sound equipment. Among the big names to wow Lake County audiences here are the legendary B.B. King, the Neville Brothers, and the comedy duo of Harvey Korman and Tim Conway.
