Are you linked to the Miller Beach Cafe' in gary, IN? We could not talk with the Manager last night about our ONGOING horrible service. The Waiter
stated that he KNEW about the situation with the Lazy Cook and the BAD food as well as Slow service and Lack of service.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE ALL THE WAY AROUND. The Manager apparently could NOT or would NOT come over to address our MANY concerns and Problems, from a "Lazy" Cook (per our waiter), to waiting for food for OVER 45 Minutes! to Not checking up on us for water, more drinks, we never even got the bread until we got up and asked. My meat (NY Steak) was way too tough and it smelled so bad; my husband noticed it from across the table-I did not eat it. The waiter said "The Cook is STILL being lazy and didn't add any season to it, and it is also frozen meat"
The Salad was mosr definitely Poured out from a Grocery Store Pre packaged bag, not much and wilted to boot. We were there for over an hour just waiting and to make it even better; our waiter told us that the manager's name is 'Mark DeLeon' and that he was too busy to come over and address us, because he was on the phone doing business opening up another restaurant in Puerto Rico (this was 8:30 pm at night LAST NIGHT). Either the Waiter had Lied all the way around with Many, many excuses and blaming the "LAZY COOK" not once; but twice or Mark DeLeon does not care about future business and word of mouth.
The restaurant was dirty, seats were cracked and torn with Dirt spots, ceiling tile pushed up in corner and dirty as well as our silverware! All of this for the Price- Absolutely NOT
