6. Museo Nacional de Arte

If you're an art lover, be sure to stop by the national museum located near the Plaza de Tolsá. It's housed in a palatial building that dates back to 1911, and the collection encompasses a vast array of artwork, from ancient days to modern. Sculpture, ceramics, paintings and drawings comprise the exhibitions. Many visitors take a special interest in the Jose Maria Velasco's exhibit as it's the largest assemblage of his works, over 100 pieces.   (© 10Best)
