The Buzz -- In October, Miami locals and fun-seeking visitors can ring in the fall season with this boisterous, island-themed festival, now in its 25th year. Thanks to a full slate of activities that includes exotic parades, numerous concerts (including a band contest), and eye-popping fireworks, this huge street party has it all.
