Rat Droppings in my food.
My wife and I were long time customers, since we both work at UM. We just had a dirty dining experience at the new location on Kendal Drive. We started out with our food and the black beans were burnt and we had to send them back. (no big deal) Then all of a sudden the a/c kicked on and I was hit with rodent droppings that flew out of the a/c vent. They landed on my plate. We then called their so called manager Janet. I put the rat droppings in her hand. All she offered was to slide our table away from the vent. I was amazed on such poor managment skils, she did not even offer to replace my food. We completed diner a little disgusted. Two hours later I became very ill. My wife called the resturant and spoke to Janet and explained I was ill. Janet could care less and insinuated my wife and I were lieing, and then Janet hung up on my wife. I figured I would call and explain I was not making it upand then I was hung up on as well. Shame on you guys !!!!!!! I am going to make a report to the health department . My wife and I dine out all the time and have never been treated so badly in any establishment ever.

We were staying at the Biltmore for "Sister's Weekend" and decided that we wanted to have Cuban food. Havana Harry's was GREAT! We'd recomment it to anyone. The service was good, the food was great and the price was even better. We'll definitely plan to go again when we come back to Coral Gables.

The marquitas fired platines were not good – they where burned and looked like the ones you buy at the supermarket. I have [eaten] better ones like La Delicias in Hialeah, FL. But I ordered "vaca frita," and my husband ordered the "pork," and let me tell you ... It was the best ... It had great flavor, and the rice was great. Beside las marquitas, which I would never order again, it was a REPEAT. They did take long to serve but the watress apolozied, and the place could use a little touch up, the AC Vents and some parts of the ceilings were dirty ...
