8. Houston's – North Miami Beach

Very expensive for what you get-- Drinks are more expensive here than at Prime112 which is a much better restaurant- They don't take reservations and the food is average at best- In spite of Houstons having the best veggie burger-- they have priced themselves too high and there are just so many places that have better service, serve better food and drinks.

We order a spinach dip and we asked for more chips but by the time we got to talk to the waiter, the food already arrived. That's how long it took to talk to him. Then after the lunch we asked for the dessert menu. The waiter told us what was on the menu and we asked for a brownie to share it with the kids. The waiter didn't tell us the dessert was made with alcohol. The kids jumped at the dessert first and didn't complain much. When I tested it, it had a strong alcohol taste. I asked to talk to the manager and his first response was that the menu said it was made with alcohol. But I never saw the dessert menu! They took it off the check. I won't go back there!

This restaurant is exquisite! I have never had such good service in years! The food was incredible and the atmosphere just pulled me in! Your waterfront view was most interesting considering the fact that I was able to see my house. Thank you Tony Zuco for a fabulous night!
