1. Captain Cook Square

Captain Cook Square is the newest shopping experience in Middlesbrough, featuring many popular shops gathered around a square with ornate New Orleans-style architecture. The central brick courtyard with benches and plants is a popular meeting point and gathering spot for locals. There are often street performers entertaining shoppers as they browse through stores like TK Maxx, the Virgin Megastore, and MFC Retail, which sells local football club paraphernalia.   (© 10Best)

Captain Cook Square is not bad it has stores like Virgin Megastores (Zavvi), T J Hughes, Waterstone, Sony Centre and so on. The place is kept looking good the down side is there is not many interesting shops in this one. This place is great for the ladies though.
