How can a decades old, family-run ice cream stand on 27th Street attract so much attention? Start with some of the best frozen custard in town (especially the chocolate), add a comfortable menu of American standards, and throw in some good old 1950s ambience. What you end up with is Arnold's on "Happy Days." Well, not actually Arnold's, but the model for it – Leon's.
