Sunday brunch is always a treat, and Pieces of Eight has a huge brunch buffet that includes stations for omelettes, pancakes and waffles, roasted meats, fish and seafood, desserts, salads, and more. At least as popular as the food, though, is the view. As one of the only Milwaukee restaurants on Lake Michigan, Pieces of Eight has the market pretty well cornered in the "great views" department! In November 2006, we dined at Pieces of Eight and were so impressed that we arranged to have our 35th anniversary brunch there on August 12, 2007. What a suprise, a 180 degree change. The food was poor, service slow but most important, I had to look through the plates at the food tables to find a clean one. Clearly management has changed.

The Sunday Brunch exceeded our expectations and the staff was excellent and their service and attention to all of our needs and wants was totally enjoyable. We will return.
