Lucia's show few pretenses; it is attractively but simply decorated, and relaxed enough that the hosts welcome guests in their running clothes. At the same time it takes the food very seriously. I have eaten there more than 150 times, and can therefore remark that the dishes are consistently fresh and bright and flavorful, with portions that don't vanish on the plate. It is well worth making an effort.
