5. Ichiban

After being told there was at least an hour wait at Oragami at the sushi bar (!!!), I headed down to Ichiban. I was glad I did. I was seated immediately and the sushi chef was fantastic, making custom orders while insuring the all-you-can eat boats were full. It also helped that there were nice people sitting at the sushi bar. Fish is good, not great, but there is an incredibly wide selection for an all-you-can-eat setting. The price ($27.95) was right as well.
