4. Hell's Kitchen

just plain rude
tried to make reservations for 10. but would only make reservations up to 8 people. tried to explain to them that we were getting some families together from 3 different states that haven't seen each other in several years and asked if they could make an exception to the rule just this one time. said the only thing they would do is put a reservation in for 2 tables of 5 but would not guarantee we could be seated together or at the same time. so what fun would that be. just sounded like such a fun place to eat and bring some out-of-state guests. guess not.

The food is great, the atomsphere is wonderful, and the staff is possibly the friendliest I've ever had the pleasure of meeting!
