EDEN PRAIRIE.   Even though Wildfire is a national chain restaurant common to the suburbs, one step inside and you’ll feel as though you entered an established, local Minneapolis steakhouse. Wildfire’s dark atmosphere is that of an old-fashioned chophouse, and the food is absolutely delicious. Steaks, of course, are the star of the show at this Eden Prairie restaurant, but options like mushroom-crusted pork chops, lemon pepper chicken, and cedar-planked salmon are also menu favorites.
