10. USS Alabama Memorial Park

Our kids were too small to justify the museum admission price. However, there is a park around the museum that is free and worth going to for space to run around and airplanes to look at. Plus a nice view of the battleship! The park closes at dusk. And don't forget a dollar or two (whether you're going to the museum or not) per car for admission into the park.
