DOWNTOWN.   There's strong competition in most Southern cities for "the town's top BBQ" crown, and this Mobile rib shack has most assuredly thrown its hat into the ring. Mouthwatering short and long stacks fall off the bone before you even get them to your mouth, and sides include baked beans, potato salad, red beans and rice, and corn on the cob.
