Heavenly
I had the most memorable, wonderful meal of my life at this restaurant. We have had to quit skiing and may not return to Tremblant, but I will always have my memories of Cheval de Jade.

This is a wonderful restaurant - exquisite French food, delicious wines and very good service. Very difficult to surpass. One of the two best restarants in Canada I have been to! I highly recommend it.
