Just returned from a 4 plus hour meal, the chef's choice 8-course menu. It was excellent, and the wine pairings were excellent and generous portions. The Foie Gras is excellent; we remembered it from 7 years ago and it was just as good this week.

This restaurant is very casual...with most of the people coming in jeans. Staff not informed of substitutions on the menu. Excessive noise. Cold atmosphere, including decor. I am writing them a letter.
