ST-FAUSTIN-LAC CARRÉ.   A favorite in the Mont-Tremblant area, the Cabane à Sucre Millette is a great place for the entire family. Open year-round, the "Sugar Shack" offers something for everyone, whether it's folk music and dancing or the all-you can-eat menu that features traditional Québecois delights. Upon arriving, guests are greeted by the terrific, traditionally attired staff, then invited to tour the grounds and learn about the old-fashioned maple syrup-making process.
