4. Salle des Étoiles

All the most exclusive gala events take place here, including the high-society Rose Ball every March, where decoration includes more than 25,000 ornate roses. In August, Prince Albert oversees the Monte Carlo Red Cross Ball, when international celebrities sprint to Le Sporting. But the salle des Étoiles also has pop appeal, hosting concerts by the likes of Sting and The Who.
