Monaco's elegant convention centre, set inside the famous Grand Prix tunnel. Frequent Parliamentary meetings can't disguise its artistic heart: most of the big classical concerts take place here and it's also home to the Monte Carlo Philharmonic. Sprawled over four floors at the very heart of the city – below the Monte Carlo Casino and to the east of the harbor – a brightly colored tile mosaic by artist Victor Vasarely adorns the roof, adding to the unique nature of the structure.   (© 10Best)
