MONTE CARLO.   Nestled amid the city's high-fashion boutiques and just across from Casino de Monte Carlo, this lovely garden features fountains, ponds and beautiful plantings. Its unique contemporary sculptures, however, set it apart from other sites. Pathways wind through the peaceful stretch of land, and many benches invite visitors to sit for a while.
