MONTE CARLO.   In 1863, famed architect Charles Garnier designed this imposing casino overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The casino is noted for its Bohemian glass chandeliers, rococo ceilings, and columned gold-and-marble atrium that segues into the legendary opera house. The primary structure is marked by a striking facade and connects to several other buildings. Business dressy attire. Persons under 18 are not admitted to gaming rooms.
