6. Gare SNCF (Train Station)

LA CONDAMINE.   In the heart of the city, just minutes from the Casino. Like much of Monaco, there are different exits on different levels. If your luggage is heavy, it's best to grab a cab to the hotel, given the steep hills. Trains to Nice, Cannes, Antibes and Menton leave every half hour or so. Just over the border in Italy, Ventimiglia's Friday morning market is renowned for bargain leather goods.
