Although the menu changes regularly, top-quality service, cuisine, and ambience are consistently impressive. Renowned chef Alain Ducasse, whose culinary acumen has earned him a reputation as one of the world's best chefs, plies diners with innovative dishes. The extravagant, seven-course meals are a particular treat. Business dressy attire. Reservations are essential and should be made several weeks in advance.
