LA CONDAMINE.   Asian-food enthusiasts tend to be seriously neglected on the Riviera, but Royal Thai offers satisfying cuisine adjacent to the main port. The glassed-in terrace, open in summer, is on the primarily pedestrian rue de Millo. Décor includes exotically carved wood pieces; classic dishes such as green curry and pad thai keep the clientele returning. Don't miss the unusual salads, like yom kai yang with spicy barbeque chicken, shallots, lime juice and chili. Not too fancy or pricey; good for a casual lunch or dinner with friends.   (© 10Best)
