The brainchild of the man who catapulted Jimmy'z into the stratosphere of top nightspots. Frank Fiorito knows how to please his elite clientele and Pacific is already a favorite of Prince Albert and Tina Turner. The large, glass-fronted room is decked out with ultra-modern décor: clean lines, dark stones and pale branches. Al fresco is an option, but the terrace is not large and overlooks a fairly loud street. Dishes are a clever fusion of Italian, Peruvian and Japanese, focusing on sushi and ceviche.
