MONACO-VILLE.   A classic Monégasque stone entranceway leads to this elegant Italian restaurant, located just down from the Palace. Seafood gets high marks, thanks to dishes like whiting filet; the à la carte menu also features escalope de veau à la Milanaise and steak au Roquefort. If a set meal is more your speed, the four-course Monaco prix fixe or five-course dégustation options have their share of devotees as well.
