10. Restaurant Pulcinella

MONTE CARLO.   Since opening its doors in 1979, friendly, casual Pulcinella has become an easy favorite of folks who make frequent trips to the principality – as a testament to this, the waitstaff is fluent in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish. During warmer months, the garden terrace is a popular place to wine and dine; the veranda, meanwhile, is heated, accommodating folks even on the coldest winter day. As for the fare, the kitchen staff takes pride in creatively presented dishes like lamb chops with fresh mint sauce, oven-baked sea bream, and roast veal and gravy.
