Not for the faint-hearted, the selection of three mini steak tartars is classically raw, flash cooked and decorated with caviar. For the less carnivorous, there's raw tuna with pistachios and wasabi cream sauce. Chic meets kitsch in a stylish retro setting with chrome chairs and antique-patterned wallpaper.
