6. La Maison du Caviar

Cozy, family-run establishment serving excellent food since 1954. One of only seven restaurants in the principality recommended by Michelin, it prides itself on its caviar-based starters; chances are you'll come back for the classic, satisfying main courses as well. Black and white checkered terrace for al fresco dining. Iranian caviar starts at €180 for 50 grams. Ask for Jacques Villeneuve's personal favorite: steak topped with foie gras.
