MONTE CARLO.   Illustrious chef-turned-restaurateur Joël Robuchon brings his gastronomic prowess to the Côte d'Azur with this finely-tuned restaurant, located in the Hôtel Metropole. Tastefully contemporary, the restaurant is decorated with bright colors and fresh greenery, and activity in the open-plan kitchen does little to distract from lovely Mediterranean views. The menu relies heavily on Mediterranean traditions, and dishes have Spanish, French and Italian influences.
